The Allen is a newly modernised building with room capacities from 12 to 180 people. We have a vision to be a vibrant community space for all types of groups and activities from free hot meals for the community to performing arts classes and more.
To make our spaces as accessible as possible we have kept our hire prices competitively low for what is a fantastic venue.
FREE on street parking is available and it is only 5 minutes walk from the high street and 10 minutes walk to the closest metro station.

Main Hall
PRICE: £15 per hour (10% discount for booking of 10 sessions or more)
Our Main Hall offers a great space for all sorts of events and activities and has a seat 100 people at capacity. Whether it is a party, community meeting, dance or fitness class there is more than enough space. It is fully equipped with PA system and TV/media.
We even have some breakout rooms attached as well as access to the Kitchen. We also have a special ‘Party Hire Rate’ too which combines exclusive use of the Main Hall and kitchen for £72 for 3 hours.

Cafe Lounge
REDUCED PRICE: £10 per hour (10% discount for booking of 10 sessions or more)
This is a versatile room that can be set-up for a variety of activities, this a great space to host a party, community meeting, or class. It has direct access to the main hall, an accessible toilet and also the kitchen. It has capacity for up to 60 people.
We have a special ‘Party Hire Rate’ for £72 for 3 hours, which combines exclusive use of the Main Hall, The Lounge and the Kitchen for your event.

Meeting Rooms 1 & 2
REDUCED PRICE: £8 per hour (10% discount for booking of 10 sessions or more)
Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 offers a great space for smaller gatherings or meetings, with capacity for up to 18 people. The rooms includes TV display with HDMI connection, for presentations etc. Meeting Room 1 also has direct access to an accessible toilet.

Auditorium

Our Auditorium/Church space is available to hire for larger events. This is a versatile space that can accommodate up to 180 people (standing) There are options to use our PA and media set up for additional charges – just ask for more details.
